1. The beta service

JobSurferAI is an early-stage private beta. Features may change, be unavailable, contain errors, or be discontinued. Access may be limited or revoked to protect the service, users, or infrastructure.

2. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for information you upload, the security and permitted use of API keys you connect, compliance with provider terms, and decisions you make using product output. Do not use JobSurferAI to violate law, third-party rights, platform terms, or access controls.

3. Job-search outcomes

JobSurferAI organizes information and may provide automated analysis. It does not guarantee job availability, referrals, interviews, offers, accuracy of extracted postings, or any employment outcome. You should verify important details with the employer or original source.

4. Third-party services

The product can connect to services such as Google, AI model providers, Firecrawl, LinkedIn exports, job boards, and hosting infrastructure. Those services have separate terms and may change independently. JobSurferAI is not responsible for third-party services.

5. Your content and permission

You retain rights to content you provide. You grant JobSurferAI the limited permission needed to host, process, and display that content to operate the features you request.

6. Acceptable use

You may not attempt to disrupt the service, gain unauthorized access, probe for vulnerabilities without permission, upload malicious code, scrape the service at abusive volume, impersonate others, or use the product for unlawful discrimination or harassment.

7. Intellectual property

JobSurferAI and its original software, branding, and content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership of the service to you.

8. Disclaimer

The beta is provided “as is” and “as available,” to the extent permitted by law, without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted availability.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JobSurferAI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; lost opportunities; or losses arising from reliance on beta output or third-party services.

10. Changes and contact
